• Must be a resident of British Columbia.
• Is 18 years old or younger.
• Supports the Vision and Mission of PACTA BC.
• Does not have voting rights.
• Can participate in PACTA BC’s member-only and public events.
• May join PACTA BC’s Members Facebook group if 13 years old or older.
