I am an experienced trainer committed to helping pets and their parents build great relationships and find solutions to behaviour challenges. I specialize in puppies, adolescents and all levels of problem behaviour. ~North/West Vancouver, and Fernie, BC~

I have been working with people and their dogs for over 20 years. I recently moved to Fernie, BC from North Vancouver, BC and run my business in both locations and have 2 professional trainers who work with me and manage our North Vancouver clients.  I am a graduate "With Distinction" of Karen Pryor’s Dog Training Professional Certification program; a graduate of the Fear Free Pets Certification Program; and my business is Accredited by the BC SPCA as one of their AnimalKind Training Companies.

All of us at Dog Partners are committed to helping our clients find behaviour solutions that work, using modern, science-based and force-free training methods that are safe, effective and fun. We specialize in puppies and adolescent dogs, as well as all levels of behaviour modification including mild to severe aggression, reactivity and fear-based behaviours.

I am passionate about continued learning and continually find new opportunities for furthering my education and knowledge. I attend many workshops, seminars and courses yearly to ensure my education remains current, effective and well-rounded. There is always more to learn, and knowledge should be ever evolving!

I am also the Dog Training contributor for Pet Connection Magazine and have been writing articles for the magazine since 2010. I am a Professional Member of the Pet Professional Guild, a Professional Member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and is Vice President (and past Secretary) of PACTA BC (Professional Animal Care and Training Association of BC).  I am regularly consulted with and referred to by the media, industry professionals, veterinarians and a broad network of clients.
